We worked with architects Turner and Hoskins on a scheme to extend this lovely house set in the escarpment of the South Downs. Initial feedback from planning officers was negative, indicating a refusal of planning permission. Working with the team and ensuring policy compliance whilst optimising the increased floors space, resulted in the grant of planning permission under delegated powers.
